We discovered that there’s a skill Gen Z excels at like no other: no-look texting. Whether it’s under the table at dinner, in class, or while walking & talking, Gen Z can carry a convo on their phones, while never missing a beat IRL.

BACKGROUND

We were tasked with informing Zs about the various moments that Red Bull fits into their college lives via a mobile-first game that taps into Zs no-look texting skills & the current word game landscape. Inspire Zs to send to their friends and continue playing for the chance to win an all-expense paid trip to the Red Bull BC One World Final 2022.

THE IDEA

Think: Wordle & GroupMe combined. The ‘No-Look’ Texting Challenge encouraged users to type out the relatable college phrases without a keyboard to look to and compete for the fastest time for a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to Red Bull BC One World Final 2022 in New York City for themselves and a guest.
