Launching a Playlist Made For You, Inspired By Your Besties
THE TASK -
Spotify came to us to help launch their new personalized playlist, Friends Mix. Friends Mix builds users a playlist that is inspired by the music their friends are listening to, and updates daily.
THE INSIGHT -
Even for Gen Z digital natives, when it comes to recommendations for travel, books, recipes, and especially music, a friend’s word always outweighs a blog post or google search. Why? Because we trust them. And…it just feels better.
THE IDEA -
Show Gen Z that Friends Mix combines what Spotify does best, personalized features, with their real human relationships, resulting in music discovery that feels more like getting a rec from a friend.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
